Domestic Orders (within China)

Origin of Shipment: All domestic orders are shipped from our warehouse in Shanghai, China.

Shipping Rates:

• We offer free standard shipping on all orders over ¥700 within China.

Order Processing and Delivery:

• We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Orders received after noon China Standard Time (GMT+8) are processed the next business day.
• Handling time typically ranges from 2–5 business days, unless the item is on pre-order.
• After processing, you will receive an order confirmation, followed by a shipping confirmation via SMS and/or email with a tracking number. Please allow 1–2 days for the tracking information to activate.
• Orders generally arrive within 7-15 business days.

International Orders

Shipping from Nearest Overseas Warehouse: To expedite delivery, international orders ship from the nearest overseas warehouse based on the customer’s location.

Shipping Rates:

• Free expedited shipping for all international orders over $400 USD.
• A flat rate of $20 USD for express shipping on international orders under $400 USD.

Order Processing and Delivery:

• International orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Orders received after noon China Standard Time (GMT+8) are not processed until the next business day.
• Handling time for international shipments is typically 2–5 business days, unless the item is on preorder.
• International delivery times vary by location but usually range from 10–14 business days.
• International orders cannot be split. If an item is out of stock, you may choose to either cancel the out-of-stock item and proceed with shipping the rest of the order, or wait until the item is restocked before the entire order is shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

• Fees, duties, and taxes are determined by the laws and regulations of the destination country.
• If applicable, these charges will be included and shown at checkout and must be prepaid with your order. Alternatively, depending on the destination country, some charges may be eligible for payment upon delivery. This option will be specified during the checkout process if available.
