RuiSpt offers a 14-day return policy on all regular, non-sale items purchased directly from our website, RuiSpt.com. Items marked as “Final Sale” are non-refundable and are sold “As Is.”

Conditions for Return

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item(s) in their original condition within 14 days for a full refund, minus shipping charges. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back, including any applicable fees.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, with original tags attached, and in their original, undamaged packaging. A verifiable Proof of Purchase is required, which includes the purchase date and the purchase confirmation number.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase on our website. If the item was purchased through a different platform, such as Amazon, please refer to the refund policy of the respective platform for guidance.
