At RuiSpt, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the unused product in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping charges. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any associated fees.

Note: Items marked as “Final Sale” are non-refundable and sold “As Is.”

For items not purchased through our website, such as those bought on platforms like Amazon, please refer to the respective platform’s refund policy for processing. This ensures that your refund is handled appropriately according to where the purchase was made.

International Returns & Exchanges

International customers should start their return or exchange here. You will be directed to our returns portal, where you will need to provide your order number and email address. Complete the online form and mail your items back to us.

Shipping & Handling

Please note that RuiSpt is not responsible for any packages returned without a proper Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#). While RuiSpt does not cover the cost of return shipping or customs fees, we do provide free outbound shipping for exchanged items.
